Prices and product information
Prices shown are the manufacturer's current MRP inclusive of applicable taxes, or a promotional price where one is running, displayed openly for transparency. Prices, specifications and availability change with manufacturer revisions and are updated regularly, but errors can occur; the price confirmed on your invoice at purchase is the price that applies. Product imagery and specifications come from the manufacturers and may vary from the delivered article.
No online sales
This website does not sell products online and takes no payment. Enquiries made through the site are answered by a showroom; any purchase is concluded at a Kitchen Stories showroom (or with its sales team directly) under the terms stated on your quotation and invoice, including delivery, installation and any applicable cancellation terms agreed there.
Warranty and service
Appliances carry their manufacturer's warranty as stated in the product documentation at purchase. Warranty claims and service are handled by the manufacturer's authorised service network; our showrooms will help you reach the right channel.
Enquiry information
Details you submit through an enquiry form (name, contact number, email, floor plans you choose to share) are used to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up by the relevant showroom. We do not sell your information.
